Details & Contact

This staircase was custom-designed by a professional fabrication shop and built to exact engineering specifications for a residential installation. The project changed direction before it could be installed — so this is a brand new, never-installed staircase going to a new home.

The switchback configuration with mid-flight landing makes it ideal for basement-to-main-floor or split-level applications. The 200×150×5mm carbon steel mono stringer is heavy-duty, powder coated black, and paired with 95mm solid white ash treads — each with embedded LED lighting for a dramatic effect at night.

The railing system uses 50×50mm 304 stainless steel posts (also powder coated black) with 12mm tempered clear glass panels and a matching solid ash wood cap rail. The complete package — stringer, treads, railing, glass, hardware — transfers with the sale.

All engineering drawings (elevation, floor plan, materials spec sheet) are included. Atlanta-area pickup strongly preferred. For a serious buyer outside the area, freight can be arranged at buyer's cost.
